In-House Manufacturing: Turning, Milling, Deep Drilling and Assembly

Component manufacturing takes place entirely at our facilities, using modern CNC machines for turning, milling and deep drilling. Assembly is managed by specialist technicians, ensuring traceability and consistent quality on every part, from prototype to series production.

Dimensional Controls and Surface Finishing

Every component undergoes rigorous dimensional controls, tolerance checks and surface inspections. Finishes are certified, with low Ra values for hygienic and food & pharma regulatory applications, ensuring both safety and aesthetics.

Functional Testing and Leak Testing

The finished product undergoes pressure, leak, performance and resistance testing. Every detail is tested for real industrial use, simulating operating conditions and ensuring reliability before delivery.
