After-Sales Support
After delivery, we remain a reliable partner to reduce machine downtime and ensure continuous productivity.
Analysis and review of components in use: wear control, performance assessment and compliance with hygienic standards, including dimensional checks, leak testing and functional evaluations.
Reconditioning or part replacement: component regeneration through grinding, cleaning and replacement of wear parts, or supply of compatible spare parts.
Remote or on-site support: assistance both via remote support and directly at the production site, reducing intervention time and costs.
Supply of original Microx® spare parts: availability of certified original components only, accompanied by full technical documentation and complete traceability.
Technical Training
We organise targeted training sessions for our customers’ teams, covering key topics such as:
