What types of products does Micro Pneumatic manufacture?
We design and manufacture bellows valves, filling valves, bottle lifting cylinders, screw jacks and bevel gearboxes, as well as custom components on request. All our products are manufactured in AISI 304L and 316L stainless steel to ensure hygiene, durability and peak performance.
Is it possible to request custom components?
Yes. Our technical department develops custom solutions based on customer specifications, integrating seamlessly with existing production lines. Every project follows a complete pathway: technical analysis, prototyping, testing and after-sales support.
In which sectors are your components used?
Our Microx® components are designed primarily for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and bottling machine sectors. Thanks to MOCA compliance and EHEDG hygienic design, they ensure safety and reliability even in the most demanding applications.
What materials do you use for your products?
We use exclusively AISI 304L and 316L stainless steels, elastomers and MOCA-certified food-grade lubricants. Every material is accompanied by certificates of origin and traceability provided by our qualified partners.
Do you offer after-sales support or maintenance?
Yes, our technical team provides after-sales support, preventive maintenance and plant revamping. We handle the replacement of worn components, machine upgrades and performance optimisation to reduce line downtime.
What are Micro Pneumatic's certifications?
Micro Pneumatic is ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management, is an EHEDG member for hygienic design and manufactures components compliant with MOCA Regulation (EC 1935/2004) for food contact.
What does it mean for a component to be MOCA compliant?
MOCA certification guarantees that all materials used (steels, elastomers, lubricants) are suitable for direct food contact, safe and traceable throughout the entire production chain, in compliance with European regulations.
What is the difference between EHEDG and MOCA certification?
EHEDG covers the hygienic design of components — their shape, surfaces and ease of cleaning — while MOCA certifies the materials used in food contact. Together, they ensure hygiene, safety and durability for food and pharmaceutical applications.
Is all Micro Pneumatic production Made in Italy?
Yes, all Microx® components are designed, machined and tested in-house at our facility in Longare (Vicenza). Entirely Made in Italy production guarantees consistent quality and complete process control.
Is it possible to receive a MOCA declaration of conformity with the supplied products?
Upon request only.
What tests are carried out on Microx® components?
Every product is tested and inspected in-house to verify sealing, resistance and compliance with the required specifications. Quality controls follow ISO 9001 procedures and include dimensional checks, pressure testing and functional testing.
